Do you believe in a religion?

I believe in religion. Now, there are many religions such as Christianity, Buddhism and Islam all over the world. Obirin university is Christianity.  I believe in it also.  When I was a child, I went to a Catholic Kindergarten. Every morning and before meals, I always prayed to God and said “amen”. I have believed in God would help me since I was a child. Fortunately Obirin has Chapel Hour. There we can hear good ideas related to the Bible. I think it is a good opportunity to think about God.
When I went to Paris, I experienced a Mass in “Notre-Dome”. Many French and people from other countries were there. It was a moving sight. Many people believe in God.

My eating habits

I have good eating habits, however  there are some problems I should improve.

I usually have bread, banana and coffee milk for breakfast. Occasionally, I eat yogurt. I have a good breakfast everyday. It is good for my capacity for living to have breakfast. But, I always spread lots of margarine and jam on the bread so it becomes high-calorie. It is bad for my health. I need to reduce margarine and jam and I should eat healthy food like fermented soybeans.

After breakfast, I go to university and attend classes. Then, I usually buy a sweet roll for lunch. I love bread so I’m happy when I eat bread. But my meals are not well-balanced. I think I should consider nutritional balance.

At the weekend, I have a part-time job in a restaurant, so I have lunch there. And at the evening, I have a dinner with my family.

After school, I sometimes have a part-time. I usually work from 5:00p.m. to 11:00p.m.. After work, I have dinner at about 11:30p.m. at home. Then after dinner, I always have 5 cups of green tea and have a dessert. My dinner is too late so recently I have gained weight!! I should reduce the amount for dinner.
